Didn't get any help from customer support when I got the wrong size pump replacement. So I wasted over $300 on a fountain that sits in the garage.

I purchased the Rectangle Galvanized Steel Raised Bed from Lowe's in May of 2023. I checked the parts quickly and put it away because I wasn't ready to assemble it. In September I took everything out to assemble it and noticed that it wasn't fully galvanized. I called costumer service and explained to her what I saw. She apologized and told me they would send out a new one. I received the new one 2 days later. When I opened it I could see that it was all silver (not streaked with dark gray). I assembled it today and it looks great. I really appreciate it when a company stands behind their product.
