My first order took a little longer than expected but there was a holiday weekend thrown in there. Customer service was prompt in getting back with me and very nice.

I ordered four of the products over a week ago and they have still not shipped. I have reached out for an update twice and have not heard back. .

I use 4 products they are all great and I feel awesome!

I don't usually write reviews but had to for this product. This gives me such an incredible boost in the morning that I can wait til later in the morning to have my coffee. I am going on my 2nd box and I see a change in my skin, my hair, and overall feeling of wellness. I have not gotten the flu or a cold during this time despite traveling. I am on a GLP-1 and this has also helped with some of the side effects. Taste is not that bad, I typically take the entire contents and swish it down with water. It is worth it.

I’ve had a very bad experience with this company. I ordered a lot and got the subscription for it all. But after taking for a couple of weeks my stomach could not handle it. And I could not take the taste. I stopped my subscription and contacted the company by email to return the unused product. I had 2 large boxes of product. They emailed a prepaid label. I sent the boxes and after about 3 weeks, they refused to accept it and returned to sender. It was correct address because it was there label.

I ordered my supplies on August 28 th , still no sign of them and no tracking number if there lost . I have all so reached out to the company a couple times and no response! I bought all 5 and subscribed to a monthly refill . 😡😡😡😡

I've only been taking Immunity for one week. It tastes absolutely awful, but I choke it down because it is supposedly good for me, and I travel a lot so I need a little extra boost of immunity. I've tried it in a bit of water, but that sickly sweet taste isn't going to go away no matter where you put it. Ugh. Since I've only been taking it for a little over a week, I can't speak to its effectiveness yet.

I’m sir but I’m on day 3 and obviously have not been taking it long enough to see a result. I am going to have to cancel my subscription due to the FLAVOR. OMG it’s sooo bad. I literally gagged and almost threw up. I really wanted this stuff to be amazing, but I literally cannot choke it down. .
