Received the package with all 4 sides of the box it was in having been bent in as though a very heavy box had been sat on it. The Diabetes Travel Case had some brown paper stuffing inside of it, but it experienced the weight as evidenced by the condition of the spine. One seam of the stitching of the netting on the black divider near the snap has started coming lose. It's a nice bag, but was concerned that it arrived kind of beat up from the travel.

Customer service was excellent! Shipping was fast!
