Never received, so I would say you didn’t do well.

Great product! Works well at repelling water and keeps my truck clean. Suds lab products are great and it is all I use on my vehicles.

The carrier lost one of my products and customer service can be a little tricky but overall suds lab did make everything right.

The product is amazing, I have found many uses for this product while detailing vehicles of all kinds. One of my favorite chemicals in my detailing arsenal. Now shipping, I ordered 3 64oz. bottles and 2 of them came broke and leaking. The USPS had stuck them in big zip lock bags to catch as much product as possible but I only managed to get half of what I ordered saved to use.
