Nearly perfect. On time. Well packaged. Love the review and install videos- super helpful for someone like me with limited experience. Minor issue the jet tag model but close enough.

I didnt know, nor does your website list, that this flywheel is lighter than stock. As such the subsequent additional nvh was an unwelcome surprise which caused me to flip out at my mechanic thinking something was wrong. A better description would help to avoid this. But once I got used to it and accepted the additional noises it’s not too bad. But it sounds janky at times.

The product looks much more gold in the pictures than it does in person. It is pretty much indistinguishable from the light copperish color version shown on Mishimoto's official website. I assume it will function fine, but wish I could return it.

The kit is not compatible with 2025 WRX with CVT. The CVT controller is bolted to the location Killer Bee intended for the PCV hydroclone AOS. I traded emails with Killer Bee and they knew but had not updated their compatibility info; same for Subispeed. Just compatible with “2022+”. Subimods did have a warning and said not compatible with 2025 WRX. I have not installed because I haven’t found a good way to mount the PCV side yet but I’m going to try to get a clean well support PCV side install.

If you turn off the strobe effect on either brake light or reverse light it constantly flickers like it’s not getting enough power. Contacted subispeed and they knew about this and there is no fix. So warning if you don’t want these flashing every time, don’t buy it. I went with diode dynamics and it’s a much better unit.

The box arrived without external protection and contained only the dongle. The product image on your webpage shows a small bag and a cable, but these were not included with the item. Aside from that, everything is perfect—the dongle works exactly as intended.

The first plug was fine the second was kinda useless it won’t fit because of the rubber lining on the interior of my firewall. So I’m forced to use the plastic 12 v plug
