When I received my plastic mats, they were folded in half in the packaging box. This left a permanent crease in the driver side and front passenger plastic mat. It’s just an inconvenience that the mats look ugly but they work.

The wiper blade is fine near the base and fine near the far end of the blade. But in the middle of the blade it was bent up in the packaging and doesn't touch the windshield. For the price of the blade I would have expected it not to have any defects.

Two of the three wiper blades I ordered were wrong

Ordered Windshield Shade for 2026 Forester. Would not fit. Charged me $20. 00 to ship and charged me shipping for the refund.
