Fantastic hydration. I’ve tried lots of hydration tablets/powders, this is the best. Maximum dosage for a salty sweater, love the flavours. Better than the rest!

Split my starter/ welcome bundle pack for a big gravel ride with a buddy. A man took one of my bottles though. The rice bars are amazing. Nothing tastes sickly. I can't remember if I ordered on website of via Shop. com, but shop. com interface is really good. Delivery was also good. Not sure about the free hat, looks like under helmet design but wrong material, but the black and white is a nice colour. Good hydration tabs, nice 90gram carb mix, berry flavour gels and tabs are nice. However, after today I don't want to see any sports nutrition for a bit. Maybe the rice bars though.

Fantastic energy and recovery bars. They are extremely tasty, better than any bars I have tasted which claims to do the same. They do exactly what it says on the packaging. I will always chose to eat these going forwards.

Found Styrkr through an AI recomendation. Was having leg cramps at night and dehydration seemed to be the issue but I was certainly drinking enough. I am a heavy sweater so it was the electrolytes, salts and minerals not found in water that I was missing. No leg cramps since using SLT07. Very impressed. The SLT07, Mild Citrus in particular, has a heavy sodium dose, in particular, and that's why it was recomended. I tend to use half a Mild Citrus tab in each of my 800ml bottle for long rides or half a tab in around 500ml for my hour long commutes, I will also then use the Mild Berry (smaller dose) mid-morning and in the evening for half a tab each time. I will use just the Mild Berry on rest days. Have since also tried Bar50, Bar+ and Gel30 ranges and have been very impressed all round. The bars in particular have a taste and texture of a treat you would buy for treats sake, not like many other performance foods on the market that just feel artificial in your mouth and on your taste buds. The Styrkr products are in a different league, even though the flavour selection might be limited, what is available is very, very nice. I've found they perform much better than gels too, leaving you feeling very satisfied and with a definite energy boost shortly after consumption. I like to use a Bar+ roughly half way through a 3+ hour ride on top of a Bar 50 about 1/4 of the way in. Then fit gels around that as required depending on ride length and intensity. Seems to work very well for me. Another review said about having an easy tear strip on one side to make the wrapper easier to open with your teeth on the move and this would be a fantastic improvement to make as I've had exactly the same issue. The Gel30 had a better texture than others but lacked a little on the flavour side as others will use ingredients, some good, some bad, to add flavour. The performance though though was on par, if not better than others I've tried so I will likely get some more Gel30 and Gel50 when m...

The saying 'you get what you pay for' definitely applies here. I've been buying different electrolyte tablets for years at bargain prices and never considered paying more. A stranger in a shop recommended these from Styrkr. Double the price of my go to ones, but thought I'd give them a try. I've just completed a 100+ miles ultra using these for hydration and for the 1st time in 9 years of ultras, I've finished as hydrated as I started and still feeling energised. Had a couple of the energy bars too during this ultra which gave me a much needed boost, but I'd have to say on that side of things, the sea salted recovery bar when I'd finished and usually struggle to eat, was so easy to digest, so tasty and energising it's now a must when I pack my things.
