I place my order at the end of januari this year. And still did not receive it. Its almost may! So now they lost the order and want to give me a coupon. What a bad service. They have my money and i do not have my products.

+Ordered 250€ worth of products. -They actually never confirmed the delivery by email. +Directly send a confirmation through PayPal. -Tracking code (provided on Paypal)that was never updated. #Give them the benefit of the doubt because I bought through PayPal and can always file a complaint there. #Decided to wait a month before contact them and just trust them. ++The package arrived safely exactly 13 days after placing the order. You are intentionally not adding the receiver email and contact so even if the shipment is sent the details are not going through ... you are stealing money

No response from customer service, 10+ mails sent. I ordered in may last year and did not get any products. Please order somewhere else. They blame the courrier to avoid responsibility THEY DO NOT WANT TO REFUND ME, I ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES

I did not receive my package. Contacted the customer service multiple times. Received one generic mail that disregarded all that I had written. No solution was offered. I just lost my money and have filed a claim with my bank to hopefully get my money back. Don't order from this site!

I ordered products 12 januari, 3 days later I got confirmation that they are packing it, and that was it. Since then no response from them. I sent dozens of emails but they don’t respond them. That’s tottaly understandable now, cause its not a real company. They do not care about to sell product but they do care how to fraud people. Stay away from them

I order a sun cream 2 packs and they said my package was delivered but no one from my neighbours had a package and DHL said i need to send a message to stylevana I send an email they sended me document to fill I’m done this but no I don’t have any respond for a while. I’m not recommend to order here

I placed my order on October 8th, I did not receive it. The tracking link has not been updated since October 18th. I sent dozens of emails to them, all the responses are absolutely generic, I'm sure they didn't read what I wrote. I'm still trying to get in touch to receive a refund.

Reading the other reviews, I'm not adding anything new here. I ordered a package in August, however, there have been issues on Stylevana's end so the package did not arrive. I emailed them multiple times and from two different email addresses. In September, they emailed back apologizing and assuring me they would resend the order. Since October, I have started to email them again to ask where the package is... still no answer. I am currently contacting my bank and hopefully getting a refund. If you do not want to deal with this for months and lose sleep over money spent on just arguments and emails with no answers (or response emails and no actions), I would not bother using this website. Better use another company that actually cares and deals with issues.

Dont order here anything!! I am going to write a thousand of reviews if they are not going to refund my money. I tried to reach out to them many many times because the package didnt arrived. So i want my money back! But they never respond on the emails!!! There is also no phone number to call! So STYLEVANA if you read this REFUND MY MONEY or I will continue to write bad reviews!

Good shipping and customer service! Was supposed to be shipped back but contacted customer service and they fixed it for me. Very surprised and satisfied. I have my things that I order regularly 👍

I ordered cosmetics on September 17th and everyday I check my order and the status of my order in the process for 2 weeks! I have written a lot of times in support and the answers are the same that they are working on you and very big nonsense.. they cut the money from my account and now I'm waiting a month for the to deliver my order to my address! people i don't recommend this company

I’ve placed my order on 23 April and up until 31 August I haven’t received it yet! It took them two months to “ship” it! And the tracking code says delivered while I did not receive anything! And when I contact customer service they reply after weeks/months and ask me to check if someone received it for me even after I stated that no one received anything for me! They said they contacted the courier and the delivery was successful while I still didn’t receive anything! Worst webshop to exist do not buy from it!
