i didn’t receive on time device as per information on your site, i will never back to buy from your website

Placed order on 8 Dec. Shipment is lost and never arrived and stylevana confirmed as much but has since gone silent on me and ignore my request to send me a new order or provide me with a refund. Now I've to waste time to get the credit card company to claw the money back instead. Terrible service!!!

I ordered and PAID on November 15, 2024. My order was then marked "dispatched" to the WRONG location. After weeks of unanswered emails, Stylevana's customer service has been useless. They've essentially stolen my money. This isn't just a late package; it's a complete failure to deliver and a total disregard for customers. Save yourself the frustration and AVOID Stylevana.

I placed an order with Stylevana around 3 weeks ago, and I must say, I had a really positive experience with both their customer service and the package itself (everything is original). At first, I was worried I might have been scammed because the reviews here are quite bad, but a big thank you to the customer service team for their patience and for guiding me through every step of the process. A few tips to keep in mind when ordering: 1. Check stock availability and make sure the items you’re ordering are in stock. Items that are in stock usually ship within 24 hours. 2. Be patient with shipping times. Since that items are coming from Hong Kong, it can take around 2 weeks (as customer service explained), and in some cases, it might take 3+ weeks, depending on your country. For reference, I’m in the Netherlands. Even tho I know that might just be the luck I've got my order I still think it was worth a try and I will deffo try again.

Do not buy every 100 euro down the drain They never respond and Only email I received is your address is wrong like how

I placed the order a month ago and contacted customer service multiple times with no response. I never received my package.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this online store. I placed an order weeks ago, but the product NEVER ARRIVED. The logistics company they use is completely unreliable, and when I contacted customer service, it was an even bigger nightmare. The customer service team takes forever to respond, and when they finally do, they are completely useless. They keep telling me they are “looking into it,” but weeks have passed and still no resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups, they keep making excuses and have offered no refund or even an update on the whereabouts of my order. It’s clear this company has no intention of actually delivering the products or providing real customer support. I strongly suspect this is a scam as they have taken my money and are refusing to return it despite never delivering the item. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this store. If you value your time and money, do NOT trust them!

I Lovee Stylevana they have the best prices for almost everything only thing is that delivery takes a while! (Something to keep in mind)

One of the worst companies i ever ordered from. The products look available (in stock), but after waiting 2 weeks, i asked for an update and apparently the products were not in stock, so i had to wait. They said that i had to wait, because they renew their stock every 2 weeks. I placed my order in June and i haven't received it yet. (more than a month later) I do not even know if i will receive my products. I do not know if this company is a scam or not, but i will definitely NOT order from them again.

Because of the delivery service mistake I don't have my parcel, and support ignoring me. I used to order a lot from this website, but after they stole my money I will never order here again!

You will never get your money or order because they will take SOOO long to respond and even if they do respond it’s not helpfull at all, i messaged them but NOTHING so save your money and don’t buy from them

I place my order at the end of januari this year. And still did not receive it. Its almost may! So now they lost the order and want to give me a coupon. What a bad service. They have my money and i do not have my products.

+Ordered 250€ worth of products. -They actually never confirmed the delivery by email. +Directly send a confirmation through PayPal. -Tracking code (provided on Paypal)that was never updated. #Give them the benefit of the doubt because I bought through PayPal and can always file a complaint there. #Decided to wait a month before contact them and just trust them. ++The package arrived safely exactly 13 days after placing the order. Thanks Stylevana for actually delivering on your promises.

You are intentionally not adding the receiver email and contact so even if the shipment is sent the details are not going through ... you are stealing money

I pay for my order BWSVNLA111089313 but never ever received any product. Don’t trust this website. Totally fakes.

No response from customer service, 10+ mails sent. I ordered in may last year and did not get any products. Please order somewhere else. They blame the courrier to avoid responsibility THEY DO NOT WANT TO REFUND ME, I ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES

I did not receive my package. Contacted the customer service multiple times. Received one generic mail that disregarded all that I had written. No solution was offered. I just lost my money and have filed a claim with my bank to hopefully get my money back. Don't order from this site!

I ordered products 12 januari, 3 days later I got confirmation that they are packing it, and that was it. Since then no response from them. I sent dozens of emails but they don’t respond them. That’s tottaly understandable now, cause its not a real company. They do not care about to sell product but they do care how to fraud people. Stay away from them

I order a sun cream 2 packs and they said my package was delivered but no one from my neighbours had a package and DHL said i need to send a message to stylevana I send an email they sended me document to fill I’m done this but no I don’t have any respond for a while. I’m not recommend to order here
