Hice un pedido el 3 de julio, y hasta el día de hoy 20 de septiembre no veo mi pedido. Me mandaron un mensaje que ya llega a España y nunca llegó. Escribo a servicio al cliente para saber sobre el producto y no veo solución. Realmente me siento decepcionada de no haber leído con antelación las reseñas sobre esta página.

i would put 0 points, but unfortunately it is not possible. I have placed my order in June and till now I haven't received it. First, there was a problem with a stock of one item, and after one month of waiting, It was cancelled from the order, and I have received the reimbursement for it. But after the order has been sent, I suppose it was lost by the transport company, as it is in Germany for more than a month. Due to the page of Stylevana, you should contact them not more than two weeks after the shipment, as I have done, but in response to my problem, I have only received the tracking once more and an asnwer to contact the transport company. The transport company doesn't answer, and from the other side, I'm not their client, Stylevana is, so in case of the loss Stylevana will be reimbursed with the amount of the parcel, not me. Now I have no order neither any answer from Stylevana.

El material nunca llega, preguntas dónde está tu pedido y te responden ‘está en buenas manos’ y ya está. Después de 1MES anulado no tengo ni el material NI EL DINeRO. La próxima semana voy a interponer una denuncia. NO COMPRES SI MO QUIERES QUE TE ESTAFEN. El peor servicio que jamás he recibido y eso que me lo había recomendado una amiga, pero ya veo que 3/5 nos ha pasado lo mismo. Que vergüenza. Por favor si os pasa DENUNCIAR!!! ❌❌❌❌👎👎👎👎👎

1) En 20 días no fueron capaces a decirme dónde estaba mi pedido. 2) Después de más de un mes no me devuelven mi dinero por lo que procederé a interponer una DENUNCIA en los próximos días. QUIERO MI DINERO!!! NO COMPRES AQUÍ!!! ❌❌❌❌❌

Ho ordinato il 29 giugno, il pacco non è stato ancora spedito e siamo a metà settembre. Ho scritto varie mail per avere i miei soldi indietro e rispondono in modo automatico, nessuno mi sa dare risposte. Ovviamente non riceverò mai il pacco e tantomeno i soldi. NON ORDINATE da questo sito. E' assolutamente una truffa immensa. Su 10 persone che ordinano forse il pacco arriva a 2 di loro.

Mi segundo pedido. Siempre suelo pedir cosas que despachan en 24hrs. Ambos llegaron entre 10 y 14 días. Todo perfecto. Siempre incluyen muestras. He encontrado todas los productos que buscaba. Anteriormente tenía que ir a distintos sitios web y tiendas físicas, que tienen un precio mucho mayor.

Scam !!! Order number BWSVESA190108364 I ordered and paid for products that i never received. The order is somewhere blocked in customs since April. I’ve talked with the customer service several times with no result the result being that they spotted responding to my emails. I find it non professional . I don’t advice to buy with them, you have a high chance of being scammed.

The prices are good, I have no problem on waiting (over a month!) For a parcel but. . the costumer service is terrible. They put the wrong name in my parcel and it cannot be delivered, but the costumer service is useless, makes me waist so much time just send me back the tracking link over and over instead of fixing the problem. I will never buy in this website again, because the risk to lose the parcel and the money is too high. Still waiting for somebody to replay like a human being and not a BOT

Ogni volta che ordino qualcosa, finisco per riempire il carrello! Tane buone offerte e prodotti, bisogna solo avere pazienza per la consegna. arriva tutto perfetto.
