Wrong size received. I ordered a 6 and received a size 16 despite order confirmation and packing slip showing a 6. $142 purchase and terrible customer service while trying to organise a refund as the online returns portal doesn't allow returns from Australia. My customer service responses are chat bot type responses with no solutions eg a prepaid return slip for their error. Had I known I would be dealing with yet another online store with no phone number and no real people to provide customer service I would not have considered this store at all. I am still waiting for them to respond to me as to how to proceed with a refund seeing as the size I ordered is now out of stock. Buyer beware.

Perfect winter jacket and was so pleased to see it’s more than 50% wool! Size 14 fits me perfectly as I saw it on ASOS but they didn’t have a 14 so came here and happy days!
