Used the size guide that gave wildly inaccurate information now have a coat that’s too small and because of this returns policy, can’t be exchanged for the right size even though they are in stock

Easy purchasing process, love the pick up point feature

Placing my order was easy, and the gab I bought was despatched very quickly, which was great. UPS (who are terrible in England), however, made a real mess of the delivery, claiming they were unable to gain access to the building (I was in, the doorbell was working, there's a concierge's desk in the lobby) and taking it to an "access point" miles away where I had to trek to collect it. But the bag itself is great, and I wouldn't want to be without it.
