Experience with the staff has
Experience with the staff has been great! Yet, the availability of items has been very disappointing lately. Sales are pointless if everything you want/need is sold out. Also, I’ve spent over $1,000 for all of the new Khalifa gravity infuser AND the Khalifa Modul Kit - love the colors! But you have NO accessories that match - unlike the Tyson & Grateful Dead, etc. Decided pink was the only option - yet, just forced to buy a RED ash catcher bc pink has been sold out for MONTHS! And - the cleaning of the gravity infuser is the most frustrating thing ever!!!! I’m on disability so these are HUGE investments! With tremors - the maintenance is costing me money breaking items & the energy/time has made me not use it in over a week. The Modul is super disappointing - no way to know when you are out of concentrate so it ends up burning the attachment. The dry attachment is not getting hot enough & has very weak hits. Confused about your ratings being all 5 stars when I’m having so much difficulty. Have not used the Modul kit in weeks — is this normal for all of your items??? Can’t believe I have not seen reviews mentioning this, which seems like you guys are deleting bad reviews, which is AWFUL! I truly hope that’s not the case, however, it’s going to take a lot to convince me at this point. I’ve spent an entire month’s salary with your company……consider that, please!!!

I use everyday, the modul for my dabs, and the stundenglass is more a show stopper, but I still use that almost everyday just to get largest flower hits ever!!!’ Love love love my machine, bearded Larry, and apart of the stundenglass family! @Theejohnjohn approved!!!!
