My flower tank was not connecting and I couldn't figure out why. On a whim, I took the connection ring off my wax tank and tried it on the flower tank, it worked. I sent a message to support and within a few days, I received a new ring and that fixed the problem. No charge!

This deal kit was great, I had ordered one a few years ago and never opened and forgot about it, this new one has a few changes to the kit, and included new threaded base seals for the globes which was helpful for me in revival of a stunden that had been sitting for a long time with nasty water in it. Was able to completely tear down and rebuild with this kit. Highly recommend
