Great shipping, easy communication with customer service. Discount offered since my last bag was stolen and I wanted to repurchase. A little frustrated that when I requested to purchase the version that had upgraded features, there was no offer available, so I felt like I was stuck with the inferior version. Not an actual problem, though, no big company would ever comply to something like that, but I expected a little more from a smaller company.
