The bag is excellent quality, but is much bigger and bulkier than I expected so I returned it. I looked at getting the size below, but it won't take my laptop -it's too small, even though the smaller bag is still bigger than many other bags I had considered. I would probably have got one of your other bags if you made the laptop compartments slightly bigger, without the whole bag becoming wide and boxy. Don't understand why you make the laptop bit so small compared with the size of the bag. . . .
