Excellent customer service and fast shipping

Zoe helped me with a problem I had with hand cream and I appreciate her promptness in her replies and a satisfactory result. She seems to be very conscientious.

I received this as a replacement for neck cream that I got allergy to that. The lady who was helping me was very nice.

StriVectin is always very responsive.

Don't like your sales any more. . gonna look at other places that have better sales for Strivectin. Like I said before. . some freebies were old and hard when I got them. I'll shop in person elsewhere.

Great. Sure wish you had personal customer service who really knows the products and could advise on products. And where we could FaceTime so they could see my face. You use to have good customer service but unfortunately they couldn’t see me. That would be so beneficial for your company and would greatly increase your sales.

Both my daughter(31) and myself (66)love strivectin. Obviously we are addressing different issues. Shipping is always very quick. My only complaint is too much plastic in the packaging.
