I paid for overnight shipping expecting my order to arrive promptly, but not only did it arrive late, the entire order has now gone missing. I had really been looking forward to trying the products and was counting on them for an upcoming event. It’s frustrating to pay extra for faster shipping and still be left empty-handed. I reached out to your customer service but haven’t received a satisfying solution yet. As someone who genuinely loves your products and has supported your brand, I would deeply appreciate it if you could help make this right.
