I’ve just been to various stores at Harbourtown today and all of them told me I can buy a product at any of their other stores and swap or return them at the Harbourtown store even though they are a discounted outlet store. Not Strandbags at Harbourtown. even though your receipt clearly states it can be swapped at any store anywhere. You humiliated me, lied to me and were down right despicable. I’m not going to give up until I get this resolved even if that means I go to the very top. And I will. You are in the wrong 100% and have greatly inconvenienced me The only reason I came here today to swap an item and you have left a very bad taste in my mouth . It’s not fair on consumers. Even though your managers probably come up with this false policy you need to find out yourself and deliver up to higher legal and ethical standards.
