Excellent product and in store service. Would recommend to friends and family.

Always happy with bags from strand

Ordered online and notified quickly for pick up next day

Great service

Online was 2/3 products I was happy with. At the store it was 1/2 as I bought a Nere pack of 3 travel bags that was reduced. Got home and there was only 1 bag in the pack. I shouldn’t have needed to open the pack to check before I bought

Great online service, really fast delivery in one or two days which I thought was amazing.

Helpfully lady when I rang to order, weas ready to pick up when I arrived.

Ordered through The Iconic. Arrived in North Qld pretty quickly.

I’m really happy with my purchase of the Stori Check-In 75cm Suitcase! What made the experience even better was the excellent customer service I received from the store assistants at both the Hobart City store and Eastlands store. They were super helpful, friendly, and happy to assist, making the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. It’s wonderful to receive such great service at both locations. I would definitely recommend Strand to anyone looking for quality luggage and outstanding customer service!

Quick and easy to pick up

Great light weight larger case, glides even when at 23 kilo packed full.

Arrived in good time overall a good experience

Customer Service at Port Macquarie (port central) store was perfect. I ordered online and collected same day. Great all round experience
