Strandbags are very good to deal with and as we live out of he area where the store is, it is really good that we can order and pick up un store. They also keep us informed of when our product has arrived and ready for pickup. Staff in Palmerston North are also very good and helpful.

The customer service was poor. The store advertises that they accept Zip on their window, yet when I tried to pay with it, I was told they don’t take Zip anymore. As a regular customer, this was really disappointing and misleading. Because of this, I’ll be taking my business to Manawa Bay, where Zip is actually accepted. I wouldn’t recommend this store if you plan to use Zip.
