The shop was very cluttered and the staff member couldn’t find my click and collect order as there was lots of orders just sitting everywhere behind the counter - there was a small defect on the wallet and it was a Christmas present

Purchased as a click and collect after looking in store. Great service and quick for availability to collect. Bag is really nice size and can be worn cross body or shoulder. Highly recommended.
