Very prompt Service, can't fault how well packed the items were, always a worry that glass will arrive in pieces. Living on an Island Shipping costs can be high even for small items, the shipping costs applied by Stove Spares Ltd were reasonable. I have ordered from the Company before and will again.

Prompt service

The door rope kit had all the right parts which was great, but it took much longer to install than suggested in the limited instructions on the website. I also think the instructions should be shipped with the parts and should be much more detailed. For example, how to deal with the cut off ends that fray. There was a couple of strips of black tape in the pack, but I had no idea what they were for because no instructions were provided. When I cut the ends off, there is no room to wrap the tape.
