Got the hard to find door latch! Service and availability were great!!

The Larson latch was a little pricey, but we were unable to find it anywhere else, including the Larson web site. Service was excellent. We were promptly notified the particular color we ordered was back ordered, but other colors could be shipped immediately. Most of the latch is hidden in the door, so color was unimportant. We picked an alternative and received it in a couple of days.

Exact part needed. No issues other than it took six weeks to get the part.

Exactly what we needed to upgrade our back door!

I received replacement components for a storm door handle assembly. The shipment was received without the lock assembly and keys. I have yet to receive a replacement other than an email saying one would be shipped. No follow up, no lock assembly, no news.

I never recieved my order!! Horrible customer service when I emailed about my concern of not getting my item. Good luck to who ever purchases something. If you have a question you will get a response via email only, after 3 days!!
