WOW IT WORKED!!! My 4 acre pond has lost a foot of water since I built it. I suspected we uncovered a patch of sand dozing up the dam. After 20 years of frustration I bought Soil floc and applied this summer,virtually no water loss in 3 months,thank you Jesse for your recommendation and excellent service

suggest better boxes for shipping
Today I received 4 boxes of Muck Remover that I ordered on Sunday. Great shipping time !!!! However, all 4 boxes were "crushed" and one was split open. Fortunately all 10 bags of pellets were present. Suggestion: use better boxes to ship a product that costs $700 per unit. I also order Calcis which arrived in a much better shipping box although one corner of the Calcis container was "pushed in" but not leaking.

Not Happy at All
After consulting with this company, I purchased Duckweed destroyer-Cutrine-Harvester-Aquastic- blue dye. $263. 55. To get rid of my Duckweed issues. I followed the mixture instructions and applied as suggested, 1/2 the pond, waited 10 days and treated it again. I had purchased enough to treat my small pond twice, and with still having a large amount of Duckweed presence, I treated it 2 more times. It seems the Duckweed multiplied faster than this product works, as my pond is still completely covered with this weed. I contacted the company and was told I probably need to treat it again, meaning purchase more products.
