This is not included in the kit. It made the job much easier. I wish they made it clear when you order the kit that this is not included.

This is exactly what I ordered. It arrived promptly and works well so far.

Attached the fence to treated 1x4 boards to fence in my front yard to have a place for two golden retriever puppies. The fence is attractive and easy to work with for one person. I highly recommend it.

Helpful tool but hard to join two overlapping fencings if there's any gap between them. Also, take breaks when using this tool if you have any hand issues.
