great product…easy to install

My gardener setup my Rain Bird watering system so I don't know much about how it works. B U T, I do set the rain delay. Very easy to do over my phone. So... I save on water.

havent used yet my season has ended. customer service and delivery though excellent as always

Doing its job well. Allowing me to monitor and adjust my drip system from my front room or remotely if needed.

Good

Rotors shoot about 6 feet with 8 GPM spigot.

Took a while to configure and find out where to plug module in. See it on YouTube . Working great. 😁

Very complete kit, arrived on time.

Quick and fast shipping

Poor service with this product and customer service as a whole I do not recommend this product or company

Haven't used them yet. I only needed the low angle nozzles but had to buy the whole tree. Kind of annoying and a waste of plastic. Maybe think about a standalone low angle tree or sell them individually?

Good

Great company with great products

Easy to order and received order in a short period of time.

Shipped and charged for wrong part.

Very good

Shipping was no problem. Product was well constructed, fit our system and easy to install.

If FedEx is stealing your packages, you need to have alternative ways to ship, you don’t give your customer an option. Additionally, you have a promo code, allow more than one QTY, you achieve nothing when all I have to do is close the browser and reopen and order more, you are the one that loses on the shipping cost!
