We put in lawn and drip irrigation at our home over two summers. Rain Bird's Free Design Service created the plan and we implemented it. The plan was very detailed and came with complete parts lists!! If you are DIYER this is the only way to go! Next we're going to install at our lake home and will go strait to Rain Bird for the design and parts!!!

Rainbird was very quick to get my order to me and keeping me updated. They did recommend the upgrade but still don’t know if I really needed it because only change was they worked out the weather bugs.

When the Link2 was ordered from the Rainbird Web site the schedule delivery was for a Tuesday. It was not delivered until 2 days later. When I had trouble keeping the Link2 connected I was informed by Rainbird Tech support that I had to permanently disable the 5 GHz band on my router. That is unacceptable because it would effectively disable my computer network.

I had an issue on the shipment. First shipment just sent the cover. I notified them and they corrected the issue.

As mentioned earlier, I like the lower flow rate which helps maintain pressure in my system
