Over all my experience was very good except for a small problem my miss understanding some of the screens questions and how to answer them. Any issues, I might have had at first were quickly resolved.

Never have to worry! I got a free bin when I started injecting migraine meds but no way to dispose. Pure way makes so easy! Order new container, take out, put filled one back in pre paid mailer. Done!

Great product but expensive

Assembly of the box and packing is easy. But return instructions are unclear. The instructions on the return box state to schedule pickup through their website, but then I get an email telling me to use UPS. Doesn't matter, just make it clear!
