I had the greatest customer service ever from a woman named Elizabeth Kohut. She responded to my emails in a timely manner and helped me solve a challenge I was having with one of my orders. I cannot express enough thanks to this woman for her help, her kindness and her willingness to go the extra mile for me and the students at my school. Wow!

the coach pack is very useful for pupils practicing. Especially after class, they can bring the iPad without Dash robot, and they can still use the pack to practice the study.

Great except that the Q robots are going away. So sad.

Dash is well thought out little bot. Relatively inexpensive, easy to program, and lots of personality. Just one concern. The Dash I have has frequent rapid head shaking. Is this normal?
