When I'm not attending a live game at Anfield, I like to order online and I probably do this once every 2/3 months. The last order got lost in transit and it was not easy to get hold of a number to ring or an email address to write. The LFC website probably needs to be updated to give more information. In the end I used the phone number for buying hospitality tickets and I managed to get through to online store. The lady I spoke to was very nice and helpful and in the end I got my order within the week.

While the store software is not the most sophisticated around, it is measurably better than many places. I was able to select, compare, judge and purchase my item with complete ease. The notification and shipping process are flawless and my item arrived across the Atlantic Ocean in good condition and a timely manner.
