Great New Balance Jacket!!!

My boyfriend and I have both been LFC fans for over 30 years so to say we were looking forward to our first trip to Anfield is an understatement. Our experience far surpassed even our highest expectations! We had the most wonderful, magical time at Anfield and all the staff we encountered we truly brilliant. I recently bought an LFC home shirt with name, number and world champions badge. Whilst there are no issues with the name and number, i wore the shirt once, hadn't washed it beforehand yet the world champions badge has started peeling away. I have already spoken to a representative who has advised me to send the shirt back, which i am grateful for, but, this still doesn't go anyway to subduing my frustrations at paying £80+ for a product which is straight away faulty after only one use, now to have the frustration of having to send it back etc etc and have to wait again to have the product is once again frustrating.
