I drank this for 12 days in a row after eating clean and getting more active. After day 12 I realized my love handles were smaller. By adding the protein each morning in under two weeks my body was visibly leaner all Over. My wife made sure I started working out more to build muscle and replace the fat I have been losing.

I’m turning 50 this year,
