Are you kidding me, customer service sucks. I made a order with no follow email telling me it was shipped. Emailed multiple times with no reply. Dont do business with this company

Great, but need more work with communication.

Some of my several calls to ZRT Lab were handled very well. But one call to your male phone person was poor. He needs to be retrained on how to treat customers and must not give out incorrect information to my question .

Great customer service

I ordered this because I was having trouble finding cortisol swabs that my doctor ordered through ANY lab. I needed it quickly before an appointment. The website listed it as in stock, and I paid $35 for next day shipping. My order was confirmed on 11/2/2022. When I emailed for a status update, I received no response. When I sent a message through the website chat (the one that says "we respond immediately!") I received no response. The item shipped on 11/4/2022 and I did not receive it until 11/7/2022 (5 DAYS, not 2 or even 3 days, 5 Days.) At that point, I no longer needed the test and I want to return it. There is no information on how to do so other than return it to the address on the box which I will be doing. Again, no answer on an email or a chat. You better believe that they charged me right away and seemed to have no problem doing so. I'm not happy.
