I placed my order 5 weeks ago and can't get anyone to call me.

I have used these many time. They are okay.

I have not done this so I wouldn’t know what to expect.

Are you kidding me, customer service sucks. I made a order with no follow email telling me it was shipped. Emailed multiple times with no reply. Dont do business with this company

the mailing instructions are pretty vague.

Great, but need more work with communication.

Some of my several calls to ZRT Lab were handled very well. But one call to your male phone person was poor. He needs to be retrained on how to treat customers and must not give out incorrect information to my question .
