I’ve ordered many test kits from this company for many years, and I’ve always had great luck. In the past, they’ve always sent out the test kits the next day and I received him in record time. For the last six months to a year, Customer Service is nonexistent. They tell you they have the test kit in stock and it can be shipped out that week. ; So I placed an order for a test kit, believing them, and it’s been over a week later with no kit sent. Their customer service is completely nonexistent. You can never, and I mean, never reach them by phone. They don’t answer, there’s no answering machine, and they absolutely do not answer their emails. I am so, so disappointed in this company. What was once run beautifully and flawlessly is now poorly run and mismanaged. If I don’t get my test kit next week, I’m calling my credit card company to do a charge back and get the money back from the credit card company. What happened???? Do better!!,

I placed my order 5 weeks ago and can't get anyone to call me.

I have used these many time. They are okay.

I have not done this so I wouldn’t know what to expect.

Are you kidding me, customer service sucks. I made a order with no follow email telling me it was shipped. Emailed multiple times with no reply. Dont do business with this company

the mailing instructions are pretty vague.

Great, but need more work with communication.

Some of my several calls to ZRT Lab were handled very well. But one call to your male phone person was poor. He needs to be retrained on how to treat customers and must not give out incorrect information to my question .
