the return page is very misleading. I misunderstood the return options! I selected a credit on my DKA account for future use because I believed the $9. 95 handling fee was only if you wanted your money back on the original credit card. Theres no doubt that the $9. 95 fee should also appear in the store credit box. Theres is no incentive to choose that selection. I have sent and received several emails on this purchase. It would be appx $20. 00 to return the broth using the original packaging. I have 30 previous purchases and have decided I will unsubscribe and close my account in a few days just in case Dr Kelly Ann responds.

Saw some new smoothie recipes and wanted to try the Salted Caramel Bone Broth Protein. It seemed delivery was taking longer than expected so I reached out and got a quick response with an estimated delivery date. Did get product a few days after estimated delivery but was pleased. Using in smoothies and enjoying for a change.
