Great happy with it all

Lucids customer service is the worst. I have called customer service over 7 times and left voicemessages because nobody ever answers the phone nor returns my voicemail calls. It's sad but true. I bought a lucid mattress over 10years ago through wayfair which has an amazing customer service and I still love my mattress. It's ashame they can't have great customer service to match their wonderful product!! So this recent mattress i ordered for my daughter online on their web site. I thought i ordered a plush/plush mattress but when I received it the label says medium/plush on it. I want the softest mattress they make and want to know if they sent me the softest or not. You would think that would be an easy question. Oh and I've sent 5 emails to two different email address that they have listed. Big disappointment-maybe this review can get me an answer but I'm not holding my breath.
