Nice slabs but 1 short in 1 pack and 5 broken in total

Excellent flooring

The ordering process was easy. The paying was easy. The delivery was amazing and so quick. The delivery guy delivered to an appropriate place that was convenient for our use. The only disappointment was that several of the large slabs were broken. Fortunately we over ordered so should still have sufficient for what we need. We would thoroughly recommend Stone Paving Durect.

The product itself was as described and priced competitively compared to other suppliers. Unfortunately, during the delivery, several slabs were damaged. We reported this to SPD immediately and Jay in sales handled the case quickly and efficiently. Within 48hrs of raising this with SPD, a delivery for replacements was arranged on a next day expedited delivery and arrived in time for our gardeners to complete their work over the weekend. Competitive prices is one thing, but when an issue arises. knowing this company has the ability to resolve the case quickly, efficiently and in a professional manner is another. Thank you Jay and the SPD team for this great service!

Good quality and service

Stone Paving Direct were practically the only supplier who didn’t demand a large minimum order. For that they get top marks. Cherry on the cake was free delivery for a relatively small order! Will be my first port of call for future purchases.
