She took the time with every single question I had. She even saved me from ordering too much supplemental product by working with the warehouse on where I was calculating incorrectly. Not everyone would do that. They are stellar. I couldn’t rate them any higher. I not only recommend their product, I recommend their company and especially their people. I’d like to start this review by clarifying that I am the least handy person. The installation process was both accessible for someone of my limited skill level, but rewarding. And the end result was professional level quality. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

Pretty easy for my contractor to use. Unfortunately we wound up having to purchase additional material which caused a halt in the project. Fortunately, Stikwood worked well with our contractor to ensure the correct amount of materials were ordered.

We used the charcoal stick wood over our bar area and it turned out great.

but calculating the cost was difficult for us (two scientists so take that into account), and we had a couple hundred dollars worth of wood pieces that arrived in a condition not usable. It is so beautiful.
