Shipping is the best part except for the amount of garbage that comes from unwrapping every item. Software needs work. 4K video is great.

I shopped around for over
I shopped around for over 10+ years reading about security cameras and almost 10 years ago I purchased my first coaxial Lorex security camera system from Costco. I use Lorex systems exclusively and I don’t think I will ever use another security camera system besides Lorex.

Ordered products with pre-purchased cloud
Ordered products with pre-purchased cloud storage for the year. Tried to setup and told i’m not eligible to use cloud storage with my system.

I purchased an N –
I purchased an N – 910A on the day that a price drop was announced. My purchase price did not reflect the price drop, however, a phone call to Lorex Customer service resulted in an immediate refund of the difference between the price I paid and the new price for the N910A. Since my requirements do not allow storage on cloud services, the N910A local storage is ideal. My security requirements also include remote access of locally stored events. It is a challenge to gain access through the Internet, especially when many ISPs employee CG – NAT, however, my company has developed a workaround, which is directly compatible with N910 web UI. Now, no matter where our remote inspection requirements take us, we always have direct access to N910 and all of the video that it captures.
