I've installed this same system at least 10 times for residential clients. Always works right out of the box. Good quality cameras. Easy to swap out the Hard Drive. The app is easy to use. Customers are always left happy. Only thing I would like to see is the ability to add more local storage. But 8TB is usually enough for smaller systems like this one. All in all, I've been installing Lorex systems for the past 5 years, and they have not disappointed with their products!

Service overall was good when I was able to talk to someone. I was on hold for an extended period of time, left my # for call back, did not receive a call back. Called back days later and service was great, they shipped product quickly, it arrived quickly as well. Packaging was very good.

As a company, I’m happy with Lorex and their cameras with the exception of the 4k wired doorbell camera. That’s just not worth anyone’s time.
