I had to make two returns and it was easy as can be.

My first real cowboy hat. I love it. I used a taylor tape to measure for the hat and went with the size just a hair too big for me. Got some cork spacers on Amazon, added one in and now it’s a perfect fit. The quality and craftsmanship of this hat are top notch. Well worth the price for something that will probably outlast me.
