The customization is the best I've found, offering engravings on both the bell and the ear tube with a great selection of FONTS, plus a very wide range of icons! The order page was easy to navigate. I had 2 long engravings with my order and both came out perfectly. In addition, from the time I purchased, carrying out the order AND delivery took only 3 days!
