Hi I made an order #59658 which included a Litmann Classic III Burgundy 5627 which was not delivered due to out of stock issues. On the letter I received in the parcel it said it would come in stock within 3-5 working days however I have my graduation coming up which is why i made the express delivery. I need it latest Tuesday 11th March and if not then what are the procedures to apply for a refund?
