Disappointing to see items advertised cheap and all sold out but not told this until trying to load to basket. Purchased these for my child who due to health condition requires them (yes they are a brilliant product) however expensive to purchase when not on sale

Underwear ripped in less than 6 months of use. Quality has become terrible as brand becomes more popular.

Unfortunately the size was too big. I’m usually a 10-12 so I probably shouldn’t have bothered given the sizes are 8-10 12-14 and most likely the 8-10 would be too tight. They felt very nice and the package was great. I have no complaints about the quality or service. Just the sizing. And I don’t really want to spend another $25 trying the 8-10 only to find iv spent $50 on two pairs of undies that don’t fit. It’s a shame because they feel very nice and I would have stocked up on them had they been perfect.

You may not be able to see them here , but my Step Ones absolutely saved my cowgirl ass today . I just love them , they don’t ride up , fall down or get in a tangle, unlike myself.

Product is great. However they were never delivered despite someone being home. Thank goodness they had a tracking number and we found them at the local post office

Brought 7 pairs of XL ladies boxers and 1 was not my size but because I cut the tags off I could not return it. It was more like a XS not XL

I bought one pair to establish if it was worth buying the bulk pack for the discount, and it was. They're expensive, but they really are the most comfortable briefs I've ever owned. I'll be buying them again in the future.

Firstly you are probably the absolute best and easiest company to deal with especially that the incorrect order was my mistake. Very kindly you were immediate in sending me the correct size and not asking for the incorrect item to be sent back. Really who does that . Bought the thong for the wife and she loves them!

After an initial miscommunication with the wrong sized items being delivered (probably my mistake), the return and resupply went extremely well. Kudos to Maria for her prompt reply and efficient handling of the mix up, extremely satisfied with the assistance she gave.
