Love, love, love my StepOne women's boxers. I've tried several different brands and they are hands down the best. Soo comfortable! So light soft and stretchy that I can wear them under pants where the crotch is too low and the dreaded chub rub ensues, as well as great for under dresses and skirts. Wash like a dream. And love the huge range of patterns and colours. I will be buying more. Also appreciated the 'first pair guarantee' - realised the size was wrong for me and there were no issues with claiming a replacement pair.

The boxers are comfy but stretch out in the wash really quickly. The briefs are terrible. Cut so high go they might as well be a g-string, except they have more material that rides up your bum.. so you’d be better off with a g-string.

You stepone sent me the wrong size I was supposed to get two XXL You sent me one.XXL & one 2xs I have noticed the quality has dropped. I would like to call someone money back for one pair of pants or for you to send me the correct size XXL please And why is it so hard for anyone to get in contact with you?
