Wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this. Was a present for my husband (our dogs name is floyd, hence the pink) for his bday so I ordered early just in case. Was surprised how well the proof looked when I got it, looked exactly like the picture I sent. The finished product was even better than expected, quality embroider job and the actual hat itself is quality too. I actually was so excited about it that I couldn't wait for his bday to give it to him. Definitely recommend!

Excellent communication throughout the design and delivery process; fast service and even arrived in time for the holidays despite me ordering late; I was thrilled with the quality of the artwork and mugs and loved seeing my mother and sister’s smiles when receiving their gifts; I will be ordering again for myself soon.
