I placed an order on 25/05/2026 and, as of today (08/06/2026), I have still not received my product. What is particularly disappointing is the lack of communication. I emailed your customer service team on 03/06/2026 requesting an update on the whereabouts of my order and have not received any response. The delay and absence of communication have been extremely frustrating.
