My order was lost by the third party shipping company; but I contacted Starface and they were super helpful and sent me a replacement right away. I’ve always had really good service from them <3

Starface was perfect but the shipping company left my package in another building, they never answered me. I wonder what would've happened if I never found it.

The shipping is long, took more than 2 weeks to receive it. Not worth it if u buy when with no discount or free shipping. Lip Balm are really niceee tho!
