When I first purchased my stars, I was charged for shipping despite being told that I wouldn’t be so I emailed starface with my order number and complaint and they got me a refund in barely 20 minutes! Fantastic service from Lely she was very nice and responded very quickly!

4 stars because shipping to Canada was a bit confusing there’s no tracking unless you contact them directly. Wish it was a lot streamlined for us people up north. Love the customer service team but it does take a bit longer for a response for just a tracking number.
