I am sorry to post a bad review but after many failed attempts to contact the company I have no choice. I ordered a number of items from Starbeads and 1 of my items was missing so I tried to get in touch to have this rectified. I used the contact form on the website and had absolutely no response so I emailed them direct and 4 times now it has bounced back over the course of 2 weeks saying their inbox is full. I can't find any other way to contact them. It really is awful customer service and I'm really disappointed as its put me off making any future orders with them.

Very pretty teardrop pendant beads, I got the green, amber and amethyst colours and they catch the light beautifully. Note that the amethyst colour displayed online isn't quite true to life it's more typical amethyst purple (I imagine it's hard to capture with a photo tbh), but the others are accurate colours. Also note that you must be gentle when attaching these to other pieces like jump rings, because I very easily broke one with my pliers just with a little pressure, they're very delicate! They arrived SUPER quick and safely packaged. Will definitely shop here again when I need more.

I ordered twice from this online bead shop , the beads were of great quality & a reasonable price the service & delivery was swift . I will definitely be ordering again, the added bonus was free delivery , I hate the normal delivery charges especially when you only need a small package . This shop will be getting my custom in the future . A great find .
