Aside from the delivery not happening on the say requested as per Stando’s request instructions, or on the day the courier said, and my first review being discarded, not bad. Desk was easy to put together, all requires tools came included. Desk works well and is easy to operate. Happy with the purchase, not happy with having to cancel plans for two days.

Instead of providing setup instructions we were given a heavy gauge card (apparently to save money) with a QR code to scan. But. . . . . the instructions were for a different chair so that whole exercise was counter productive. We eventually had to ring and get the correct instructions. This felt like the after sales service was not important.

Prompt service, speedy shipping, good price, kind of hard to say a thing negative thus far. . . keep it up folks. 👍

Really good service had a doily in my monitor arm, called with no question asked they sent me a new one express post. Been recommended by friends and the arm is perfect.

Put in a preoder un July, good comms, but the delivery kept being delayed. Then late Sept I get an email saying they can't fulfil my order because they don't have stock. I would have thought that's the point of taking pre orders. I wouldn't bother. .

After significant delays and little to no communication. I finally received my desk only for it to be faulty and not work at all. No one answers calls and are very slow to reply to emails. After another week I finally received another control box only for the desk to have ANOTHER error and still won't work. Do yourself a favour and buy your desk from somewhere else.

Love the desk, nice and sturdy and does exactly what I need. Customer service is absolutely a nightmare though. Items missing, zero communications and blunt and rude staff. Wouldn't want to deal with them again.

The rod in the package doesn't match the rest of the desk, which took me a while to figure out. A matched one was delivered afterwards to fix the problem. The desk itself is great

Quick delivery, easy assembly, stable desk. Great purchase.

The delivery was prompt and the communication was great. The electric height settings is bit temperamental. It works mostly fine, but at times it doesn't want to lower the table. I have stored the settings in the memory. When i push the button to lower it, it starts going down, however half way through, it starts acting up and goes back up.
